[..]THÉ is an innovative umbrella concept that celebrates the diverse and enriching experience of the afternoon tea through various seasonal spinoffs. 

Each project under [..]THÉ, such as FestiviThé, FeminiThé, HarmoniThé, and AperiThé, offers unique experiences and themes that cater to different aspects of tea culture, in a French interpretation. 

From festive gatherings to creating delightful aperitif moments, [..]THÉ brings together the urban bon viveurs to explore, connect, and enjoy beautiful afternoons in the lounge or the terrace of the Epoque Relais & Châteaux hotel.

Launching of La Galette | Sweet and Meet inside Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center

We were thrilled to launch La Galette – Sweet and Meet within the Bucharest World Trade Center, a contemporary bistro that celebrated French culinary artistry and the rich heritage of the iconic galette.

Inspired by the tradition of the Galette des Rois, this grand opening event promised exclusive tastings of our signature creations, both savory and sweet, elegant entertainment, and a touch of Parisian charm. 

Guests were greeted with sparkling champagne paired with amuse-bouche, followed by welcoming speeches from key figures including Mr. Mincho Pachikov, GM Pullman BWTC, and Chef Marian Oancea. 
The celebration featured a workshop and degustation of galettes, live music, and networking opportunities. 

We were honored to share the story of La Galette with our guests and to have them as part of this milestone moment.

Gramont | Société Gastronomique is the exquisite flagship of Suter Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel in Bucharest, ​an iconic space that bears the imprint of Viscount Louis de Gramont, a historical figure who has marked Bucharest for the past hundreds of years.

Idea: From the heart of France, honoring the Romanian heritage and the attention of the prestigious Michelin guide, we have orchestrated a gastronomic symphony accompanied by Oxana Cretu ( Cheffe de Cuisine - Inima , Bordeaux).  

Seven dishes of a unique sensibility accompanied by noble wines - a floral tribute to Romanian roots and French influences, in the timeless atmosphere of the Gramont heritage.

Four-hands Michelin Dinner, for Sciccheria Ristorante, Bucharest

Chef Giuseppe Raciti 1* Michelin (Zash, Italy)  x Chef Ionut Vinteanu (Sciccheria Ristorante)

We were thrilled to present Romania's first collaborative blind dining event, crafted by Sciccheria's  gastronomic consultant, Chef Giuseppe Raciti (1* Michelin, Zash), and Executive Chef Ionut Vinteanu. 

This unique event was designed to heighten the senses and immerse our audience in a culinary adventure where tastes spoke louder than words.

Guests dined in complete darkness, allowing their senses to guess what was in front of them without the aid of sight. From velvety sensations to bold explosions of flavors, each dish challenged their imagination and elevated their dining experience.

To add to the excitement, we included an interactive contest where guests could guess the ingredients or names of the dishes and win special prizes. 

The atmosphere was complemented by live music and surprises that made hearts beat even faster.

We invited guests to join us for this remarkable blind dining event and let our agency's creative direction guide them through a unique culinary journey that promised to captivate and delight.

ETNAFOGLLIA | ​​Autumn in a volcanic culinary experience (2024)

Four-hands Michelin Dinner, for Sciccheria Ristorante, Bucharest

Chef Giuseppe Raciti 1* Michelin (Zash, Italy)  x Chef Ionut Vinteanu (Sciccheria Ristorante)

Sciccheria Ristorante  introduced the new team and the 2024 Autumn/Winter menu, featuring a collaboration with Chef Giuseppe Raciti, from the Michelin-starred restaurant Zash in Sicily.

The menu focused on seasonal ingredients from Sicily and the Etna area, emphasizing the brand's premium and creative reputation. 

The name "Etnafogllia" combined "Etna" (symbolizing power and transformation) and "foglia" (leaf, representing autumn's beauty), with a phonetic twist to "follia" (madness) to highlight the bold and creative nature of the menu. This duality promised an extraordinary culinary experience that celebrated autumn and invited guests on a surprising journey.

Our creative direction played a pivotal role in crafting this unique concept, blending the powerful imagery of Etna with the beauty of autumn leaves, and adding a touch of intrigue with the phonetic twist. 

This innovative approach not only showcased the seasonal and territorial elements of the menu but also captivated and delighted guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.

Gramont | Société Gastronomique is the exquisite flagship of Suter Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel in Bucharest, ​an iconic space that bears the imprint of Viscount Louis de Gramont, a historical figure who has marked Bucharest for the past hundreds of years.

Idea: A simple, single powerful word (understandable in Romanian) that describes the state-of-the art collab of the two culinary titans: LE RENDEZ-VOÚS of Jean-Remi Caillon (2* Michelin Chef) with the resident Chef of Gramont: David Contant.

THE encounter. Finally TOGETHER, NOW, HERE, sharing the Gramont kitchen brigade in a multisensorial act that will mesmerize the Gramont Gastronomical Society.

"O, SOLE MIO" | Press Brunch (2024)

Mediterranean Good Mornings with Dorelan Romania

A study commissioned by the Dedalo group showed that 25% of Romanians believed that sleep affected their health. We  emphasized the importance of prioritizing quality sleep, inspired by the Italian lifestyle. Journalists, public figures, and influencers enjoyed a truly Italian morning and learned what they could do to improve sleep quality. 

The event included:
- Presentation of the results of our study on the sleep of Romanians;
- An engaging discussion with psychologist Diana Vasiliu about sleep hygiene;
- Testing Dorelan mattresses, preferred by top hotels worldwide, including those in exclusive networks such as Relais & Chateaux or the Accor group (Swissôtel).

By raising awareness and promoting healthy sleep habits, we aimed to improve the overall well-being of Romanians and inspire positive changes in their daily lives. Together, we made quality sleep a priority and enjoyed the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.

Gramont | Société Gastronomique is the exquisite flagship of Suter Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel in Bucharest, ​an iconic space that bears the imprint of history.

Idea: "igNIGHT" suggests the idea of sparking, setting ablaze, or igniting the night. It conveys a sense of energy, dynamism, and the initiation of a  vibrant evening, especially fitting for an event featuring a bonfire, live DJ sets, and the launch of a high-spirited drink like Moutai in a starry, winter evening of December.

It captures the essence of the celebration, suggesting the excitement, the energy of a memorable experience, in the timeless atmosphere of the Gramont heritage.

I created LÓCUS | Exquisite Culinary Explorations, as itinerant trips for groups that share the same lócus of emotions and the same zest to culturally & culinary connect with the amazing people who give uniqueness to each place. 

Idea: Explore the contemporary Abruzzese terroir (from Michelin starred restaurants to exquisite wineries) while challenging the most creative Romanian Chef of the moment (Radu Ionescu from Kaiamo Bucharest) to perform a 4-hands dinner together with Michelin starred Chef Davide Pezzuto at D.One Restaurant (in Abruzzo) .

State-of-the-art gala events for hotel launchings in Romania

Over times, I have been involved (together with my team) in many launching projects or brand communication of hospitality franchises across Romania. JW Marriott Bucharest (branding & communication of Bubble On Sunday Brunch), Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest (opening gala and F&B communication), Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Airport (press launching event), Radisson Blu Aurum Brasov (press launching event). 

Ideas: Either it has been about a press launching or a grand opening gala with hundreds of participants (key opinion leaders, lifestyle influencers, celebrities, business people), I have always approached the client’s needs with creative, vivid concepts that offered an immersive experience to our guests. Live projections shows on the facades, multimedia performances (video-choreography), private cooking shows or art workshops for journalists – are just a few.

Romania’s Grand Pairing Tour is a video docu-series of 8 episodes, featuring 8 greatest Romanian young Chefs challenged to create the perfect dish in pairing with wine

Idea: The correct association between wine and food enriches the gastronomical experience, enhancing the flavours of the ingredients. 

Romania's Grand Pairing Tour is a tasty docu-series that captures how Romanian gastronomy is taking over and adapting culinary habits and trends from around the world, preserving, at the same time, the Romanian character. Gastronomic pairings are more than a combination of wines, winemakers and food – but  a connection between people, places and special moments.
