LE FESTIVI THÉ | ​The Influencers Advent  (December 2024)

The festive afternoon tea experience ​à la Française, at Epoque ​Relais & Châteaux, Bucharest

Le FestiviThé is a seasonal activation under the Epoque - L'Art de Vivre platform, designed to attract a young, urban audience to Epoque Relais et Chateaux. 

This festive afternoon tea experience, held throughout December, offered a unique blend of high-quality culinary delights, festive decorations, and a welcoming atmosphere. The campaign also included an influencer marketing component, engaging 24 influencers to enhance visibility and drive traffic to the location.

Advent of Influencers: The campaign featured one influencer each day from December 1st to 24th, creating a daily advent calendar of social media posts. Influencers with varying follower counts, from micro-influencers to those with larger communities, participated in the campaign. 

Results: a standout campaign during a highly competitive festive season. The initiative successfully positioned Epoque Hotel as a premium destination for holiday experiences and contributed to its recognition as an Instagrammable spot in Bucharest.

Launching of La Galette | Sweet and Meet inside Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center

We were thrilled to launch La Galette – Sweet and Meet within the Bucharest World Trade Center, a contemporary bistro that celebrated French culinary artistry and the rich heritage of the iconic galette.

Press Highlights: The opening received extensive media coverage, with over 45 press release appearances in top Romanian business, hospitality trade, and lifestyle publications such as Retail.ro, Business Review, HRB Trends, BIZ, and Haute Culture. The press event was attended by notable journalists, including Miruna Diaconu from Ziarul Financiar.

Influencer Engagement: Influencers with varying follower counts, from micro-influencers to those with larger communities, participated in the campaign, significantly boosting awareness and engagement

TV Coverage: The grand opening included 3 TV interventions, with one live appearance on Romania’s biggest morning TV show, Neatza cu Răzvan și Dani, and two more to follow on Kanal D and Metropola TV.

The opening event received incredibly positive feedback, showcasing La Galette as a must-visit place that is both accessible and appealing. It solidified its reputation as one of Bucharest’s most Instagrammable locations, offering guests an authentic French pastry experience aligned with Pullman's high standards

Gramont | Société Gastronomique is the exquisite flagship of Suter Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel in Bucharest, ​an iconic space that bears the imprint of Viscount Louis de Gramont, a historical figure who has marked Bucharest for the past hundreds of years.

Idea: From the heart of France, honoring the Romanian heritage and the attention of the prestigious Michelin guide, we have orchestrated a gastronomic symphony accompanied by Oxana Cretu ( Cheffe de Cuisine - Inima , Bordeaux).  

We have been privileged to be highlighted in the media and have as guests many cultural personalities, authorities (like the Lady Ambassador of France in Romania and His Excellency Luca Niculescu, The Romanian Ambassador in France and celebrities.

CIN - CIN  ​to New Beginnings (2024)

Grand opening of Sciccheria Ristorante Rosetti

Sciccheria Rosetti, the latest addition to the Sciccheria brand, officially opened its doors on January 26, 2024. This new restaurant, located in the heart of Bucharest, offers an exquisite Italian dining experience with Sicilian influences. 

The launch was strategically timed to coincide with the start of the new year, setting an optimistic tone and promising not just a new location, but an experience that resonates with the fresh energy of new beginnings

Press Highlights: The grand opening received extensive media coverage, with a press release sent out on the day of the official launch after a brunch event. Notable publications such as Ziarul Financiar, Business Review, and HRB Trends featured articles about the new restaurant

Influencer Engagement: The campaign included invitations to approximately 70 journalists and influencers, with a focus on creating a convivial atmosphere through fine dining, fine drinking, and live music. Influencers shared their experiences through social media posts, stories, and reels, significantly boosting visibility and engagement

TV Coverage: The opening event included two dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings, attended by friends of the restaurant's shareholders and food-loving celebrities. Additionally, there were TV interventions to further promote the new location

"O, SOLE MIO" | Press Brunch (2024)

Mediterranean Good Mornings with Dorelan Romania

A study commissioned by the Dedalo group showed that 25% of Romanians believed that sleep affected their health. We  emphasized the importance of prioritizing quality sleep, inspired by the Italian lifestyle. Journalists, public figures, and influencers enjoyed a truly Italian morning and learned what they could do to improve sleep quality. 

The event included:
- Presentation of the results of our study on the sleep of Romanians;
- An engaging discussion with psychologist Diana Vasiliu about sleep hygiene;
- Testing Dorelan mattresses, preferred by top hotels worldwide, including those in exclusive networks such as Relais & Chateaux or the Accor group (Swissôtel).

By raising awareness and promoting healthy sleep habits, we aimed to improve the overall well-being of Romanians and inspire positive changes in their daily lives. Together, we made quality sleep a priority and enjoyed the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.
